Daf 7.5 ton truck with 16 foot by 8 foot stage

Designed as a radio outside broadcast vehicle but more frequently used as a mobile stage. The Daf is based on a 7.5 tonne chassis cab and is equipped with a 16 foot by 8 foot stage, covered by a fixed canopy with 1000 watts of white light. The stage is supplemented by a PA system consisting of 4 x ev s200 tops, 4 x 500 watt folded subs with a 12 channel live desk, 3 sennheiser radio mics, several more instrument and vocal mics along with di boxes & a drum, mic kit. \on stage monitoring is provided by 2 x wedge monitors. The PA is suitable for audiences up to £1000

The interior has a technical area, main studio area (which opens onto the stage) and a dressing room. The truck has frames for foamex boards and can be branded to suit your requirements.

Iveco 7.5 ton truck with 18 foot by 8 stage

The Iveco stage is slightly larger and benefits form an open area extending into the truck which can if required be used as extra stage space. The iveco does not have an internal studio but benefits from a full length slide out to the offside which effectively doubles the inside hospitality space there is an extra £150 charge for use of the slide out to cover the extra staffing used in its assembly)

DAF Truck Features

  • Costs: £1200 per 8 hour day, £100 an hour thereafter. includes operator and first 100 miles delivery.
  • Requires: Minimum 1 x 16 amp power, but ideally 1 x 32 amp blue plug
  • Build time: 60 mins
  • Studio Specifications: The studio area can be used with the stage open or closed and is based around an MBI 24 series broadcast desk. There are 4 microphone inputs, line inputs for two CD players, two multi media players, a computer playout system and spare inputs for your laptops, tablets & phones. The studio can be operated independently of the stage and can be linked via a patchfield to your comrex, satellite truck or radio car with full talkback facilities to both studio and stage.

Iveco Truck Features

  • Requires: Minimum 1 x 16 amp power, but ideally 1 x 32 amp blue plug
  • Build time: 80 mins
  • Studio Specifications: The studio has a 16 channel digital mixer , 4 sennheiser radio mics, c.d players, a laptop a tablet & inputs a drum mic kit & inputs for your devices. On stage monitoring is provided by 4 wedge monitors. Front of house PA is similar to a d&b audiotechnik Q7 system with 4 x tops and 4 x subs, suitable for audiences up to 2000.
